Responsibilities:

  • Assist to generate monthly budget orders for sales team.
  • Coordinate with the related department to ensure all documents are well prepared.
  • Provide all necessary administrative support to the Managers & colleagues.
  • Arrange, receive and serve visitors in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Plan and arrange office filing systems in a proper manner.
  • Undertake general office duties including dealing with incoming post, fax and emails, drafting and sending standard letters and emails, scanning documents and etc.
  • Ensure all enquiries from external parties, both internal and external customers are effectively dealt with to a satisfactory conclusion.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant subjects.
  • At least 1 years relevant working experience in admin.
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and able to work under pressure.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, able to work independently, enthusiastic team player.
