Job Responsibilities:
  • Coverage regions include Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, and Melaka.
  • Developing sales strategy to achieve the region’s sales target & profitability
  • Develop & execute strategy to acquire new profitable customers
  • Manages overall business portfolio to maximize area sales revenues and profitability
  • Develop key account business plan including contract renewal, monitoring sales profitability, implement price increase, improvement program and improve and sustain product/services level to customer’s expectation.
  • Builds strong relationships with strategic customers and participates in discussions as needed.
  • Manages top accounts to ensure that customer focus is provided to these important customers.
  • Develops and managers communication among area sales teams.
  • Prepare proposals and contract reviews for important customer accounts.
  • Coordinates development of sales and technical support-specific training programs.
  • Recruit and develop sales team at the assigned area
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in-company training
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Business will be added advantage.
  • At least 3 years (s) of working experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably from companies in Lubricant/Chemical/Manufacturing industries.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge and good understanding of customer’s business processes.
  • Good leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proven good track record and sales achievements.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
