What Are MOSH and MOAH?

MOSH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons) and MOAH (Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons) are components of mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOH) that may unintentionally contaminate food through processing, packaging or equipment lubrication.
