Manufactured from high VI, food-grade severely hydro processed paraffinic base oil fortified with anti-wear, rust & corrosion inhibitors, and foam inhibitor. Meets FZG Gear Test requirements. It is a crystal clear color and has no odor. Can be used in application both above and below the food line. For use in a rotary steamer and valves up to 300°F. Complies with 172.878 of title 21 of the code of Federal Regulation (FDA).
